The purpose of this petition is to spread the word to residents and neighbors about a proposed development currently working its way through town boards for approval, and to create a forum for the citizens of Chelmsford to express their rejection of this project. The developers, The Davis Companies/DIV Riverneck, are looking to redevelop a large parcel located at 199-201 Riverneck Road.  The plan as submitted will remove the existing two structures (formerly Mercury Computer) and replace them with a 247,860 square foot one-story building.
